In fact the tourmentine suffured a severe disk crash a week ago, and I just had the time to backup some essential informations (this website, just for example). All this lead to a new HD, and a try gived to the OS that have «the power to serve», the well known FreeBSD.
So migration is for the tourmentine, who leave the world of penguins for the one of litil daemons. Obviously some things will break, but as usual everything should be OK in the next few days.
Oh yes, one last advice: NEVER buy a 2'1/2 Hitachi hard drive.
